In addition to the new St. Patrick’s Day seeds & cow, and the new Mystery Box, Farmville developer Zynga also made a couple of additions to the game’s gift tab. Three new gifts are now available to send to your Farmville neighbors, although two are only available to farmers playing on Farmville.com.

The new additions are: Kelly Green Hay Bale, Long Log, and Flax Leaves. The latter two are Farmville.com exclusives.

I really like the look of the Flax Leaves, and I believe they will find a home on many players hoping to maintain a more realistic look for their Farmville farm. As for the Long Log, some might deride its addition the same way some yawned at the addition of large boulders, a few weeks ago. And I can certainly see that perspective. But I believe it’s “simple” items like this that make a farm a farm.
