Happy Pets developer Crowdstar launched their Facebook pet-raising title with just Cats and Dogs, but has slowly and steadily added a healthy number of more exotic pets. This week, that collection grew a little bit more, with the introduction of parrots!

The parrots come in several colors, and can be found under the “other” section of the Happy Pets pet store. Available colors are Blue, Green, Pink, Red, and traditional multi-colored design. The only parrot available to low-level players has be be purchased with 54 FB$ ($5.40). The other four only unlock as a player’s level climbs into the 20s.

Like other animals, parrots come complete with their own behaviors, sound effects, and animation. They will fly around a room and land on furniture, for example.
