Happy Aquarium Introduces Item Collections
Happy Aquarium developer Crowdstar introduced a new feature to keep OCD “gotta master everything” gamers busy, earlier today: collections! The only collection released so far is the Super Sea Shell Hunt, but it certainly seems like more will be added over time.
Collectibles come in three rarities: Common, Uncommon, and Rare. To find collection items, visit the tanks of your fellow Happy Aquarium players, and click on their treasure chest. If you’re lucky, you will earn a collection item as well as the normal coins. I went through my entire friends list and only received one Common item, so it might take a while to complete the entire set.
Once you’ve found an item you will be given the opportunity to post a news feed story about your discovery. Happy Aquarium players can click on this news feed posting will then receive one of the items for themselves, as well.
Once an item is found it exists as a physical object in your tank. If the full set is found, a special prize is unlocked.
