Petville’s weekly challenges for this week have a distinct self-promotional vibe to them. But that’s OK – it sure beats a challenge that requires players have lots of active Petville-playing neighbors.

Challenge 1 is Animal Rescuer. To complete it, players simply have to rescue the animal in the crate that was “delivered” to your pet’s home. The only way to rescue it is to sign up for Petville email updates. The crate combination is then emailed to you. If you don’t receive an email prompty, check your junk mail folder!

Challenge 2 is Sherlock Pet. Three “clues” about the upcoming release of Farmville dogs are scattered around you & your neighbor’s Petville homes. Find all three, and the challenge is won. The clues are generally hiding in plain sight and fan be found same as any normal piece of Petville nighbor trash. We snapped a pic of one so you know what you’re looking for.
