Farmville Crafting Cottages Revealed!
Farmville developer Zynga has been hinting at a crafting system for months, as a way to give players something to do with the crops they harvest beyond just earning money for them. It appears the update is finally ready to go live, as Zynga revealed lots of details about the new Farmville Crafting Cottages in tonight’s update.
There are three cottages to choose from:
Bakery: Uses fruit and vegetable bushels to make pies & cakes.
Winery: Uses fruit and grain bushels to make wines and juices.
Spa: Uses flower and fruit bushels to make perfumes and candles.
Players can only choose one of the three, and are given a special reward for making their choice. We earned a special Chef Gnome for picking the bakery.
So, how does Farmville crafting work? As players harvest crops, they will earn bushels of that crop over time. These bushels can then be used to create crafted goods at a player’s crafting cottage. These goods can be used on your farmer to “super-charge” them (no word on what the boost is yet).
Zynga provided a few sample recipes for all three cottages, which we have reproduced below:

Sweet Sake: Rice and Cranberry Bushels
White Sangria: White Grapes, Sugar Cane, and Strawberries
Red Table Wine: Grape and White Grape Bushels
Fruit Wine:Raspberries, Blueberries, and Sugar Cane
Farmville Spa Recipes
Fresh Sachet: Pumpkins, Cranberries, and Sunflowers
Floral Perfume: Raspberry and Morning Glory Bushels
Soothing Herbal Lotion: Aloe Vera and Green Tea Bushels
Relaxation Oil: Blueberries and Morning Glory Bushels

I dont understand how to get a crafting cottage. I dont see were i can buy one in the market. I already have a chef gnome. So how do I get a crafting cottage?

I have a friend on level 63 and he doesnt have the option of either the winery, bakery or the spa its not available in the market and i was wondering why that is?

I signed up for a winery months ago… My friends have been in business for about 2 weeks, and I still havent received mine… When will I get it??????????????
the crafting cottages are not in the market yet and zynga is giving them out to random people right now up until they are in the market
Three neighbors collected wine this last night and I choose gas as the reward. My 45 gallons did not load into my farm account. What happened to it?
The gas is only a number of plots not gallons.
How come every time i try to make something – it freezes and doesn’t respond?
I got an option of Winery FREE when I reached level 25 but I didnt have space but by the time I cleared some space …I didnt find it anymore …Any idea ?
